"But you don't have diabetes, so why do you ride?"

After eleven years of riding for JDRF, the answer is simple: I ride for those I've met who HAVE type 1 diabetes. 

Some are in their teens, some are in college, and others are adults with families. They exhibit exceptional grit and are some of the most determined athletes and people I've met. 

While technology has improved and made living with TI easier to manage, it's time to end this disease.
