I'm participating in the JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes in honor of my friend, Ryan Biegen. I met Ryan in college at Colorado State University in 2004, and we grew into fast friends. 6 years after I met him, at the age of 24, Ryan was diagnosed with T1D, and I've seen his life change since. Ryan lost significant weight, learned to control blood sugar levels, and fought through significant life changes.

I'm committing to ride 100 miles and raise funds for the benefit of the JDRF. Please join me in supporting this great cause.
