Join me in the fight to cure, better treat and prevent type 1 diabetes!
Hello! This year, I'll be taking part in JDRF's Ride to Cure Diabetes, along with hundreds of other riders across the country to improve the lives of all people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). If you ask people with T1D, they will tell you it is difficult and life threatening. And they know it never goes away.
I’m writing to ask for your support for a very special cause—to improve the lives of every person affected by type 1-diabetes (T1D).
I am impacted personally, everyday, with T1D, along with very close friends and dear family living with T1D. Many of you know I also lost my brother, Gary, (pictured) due to complications related to T1D. A wonderful soul, super talented artist, brother, father, friend; loved by many… truly missed.
My heart ache has become my passion. In my brothers honor and memory I will be taking part in the JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes, along with a half-million others nationwide.
JDRF raises vital funds that power the global movement to help cure, treat, and prevent T1D. I’m asking you to help support my fundraising efforts with a donation. Your tax-deductible gift will help make a difference in the lives of people with T1D.
