Join me in the fight to cure, better treat and prevent type 1 diabetes!
My daughter Catie was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes (T1D) when she was 6 years old. Soon to be 13, she has managed this disease with courage and determination. As a father, I am committed to doing everything I can to help Catie avoid complications caused by T1D and to ultimately find a cure for this disease. To that end, both Catie and I are taking on the challenge to ride our bikes 100 miles through Death Valley, CA on October 19, 2013 in an effort to raise much needed funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The JDRF raises vital funds that power the global movement to help cure, treat and prevent T1D.
I am asking for your support. Please donate to my personal fundraising efforts. By doing so, you can help me make a difference for Catie and the millions of people living with type 1 diabetes.
Did you know that:
As the leader of the type 1 diabetes community, JDRF unifies global efforts to cure, treat and prevent T1D. JDRF will not rest until T1D is fully conquered. Won't you please give to JDRF as generously as possible?
Thank you for your support!
