    I have reached my goal of $1000 in record time.  Now help me reach my new goal of $1500.

    On February 16th, I'll be taking part in the JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes along with thousands of others walking thought the skywalks of downtown Des Moines.

    As you know, Pioneer is a big supporter of the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. Again, this year I have chosen to be a team captain for the walk. I am asking each of you to consider joining my team in this years walk and/or help to raise money for this cause.

    I'm writing to ask for your support this year because now more than ever, EACH of us can be a part of bringing about a cure. I myself have been a Type 1 diabetic for 21 years and know the health complications that can happen with this disease.
