Welcome to our JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes Team Page!  We are taking the steps to help achieve JDRF?s mission: to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. 

We had a great time at the Walk last year.  We raised almost $1200 and have already raised nearly $1200 this year.  We look forward to seeing everyone on February 16th and raising even more money this year. Our team photo will be at 8:20 and we will walk following photo.  Please meet at the photo area on the 3rd floor at Marriott at 8am.

Jordan was diagnosed in April 2010 with Type 1 diabetes, and we will never forget that day! Our daily lives have all changed.  Jordan has to test his blood via finger pricks at least 8 times a day and now uses the insulin pump. 

The money our JDRF Walk Team raises will go directly to support this life-changing research.

The JDRF Walk is a fantastic way to make a difference in the millions of lives of people affected by type 1 diabetes.  For at least that one day, they will look around and see all the support they have from their friends, family and community.  On Walk Day, everyone can have fun and celebrate how much closer to a cure we are because of their efforts.
