Peyton's Insulin Army

Hey everyone!
We first want to take this opportunity again to thank each and every one of you that participated and or donated to Peyton's JDRF walk teams over last 3 years!  We had AWESOME turnout last year!!  Without all of you we could not have done it!!!  So thank you from the bottom of our hearts!  We are hoping to surpass these numbers again this year!!! 

As a reminder the walk will take place Saturday, February 16th so mark your calendars!!!!  This will be our 4th year participating!  Our team name is Peyton's Insulin Army.  We will be ordering t-shirts again this year for anyone that is interested.  You do not need to purchase a t-shirt to walk and you do not need to walk to purchase a t-shirt.  Please let me know by January 26th if you want a t-shirt.  They will be $10 with the proceeds being donated to JDRF in Peyton's name.
The walk begins and ends at the Downtown Des Moines Marriott (this is a NEW location again this year) located at 700 Grand Ave.  The length of the walk is just over a mile, it's not a race just a fun walk.  You can go to http://www2.jdrf.org/goto/peytonmclark  to join our team, donate to our team, or track our progress!!!! 
JDRF funds more Type 1 diabetes research than any other charity worldwide.  Their goal this year is to raise $89 million with over one half million walkers.  This is so dear to our hearts because it's so very possible for Peyton to see a cure in his lifetime.  They have made HUGE advances in this area and with our help they will continue!
