I have had Type 1 Diabetes for 6 years now and each year has been a bit different with how I have handled and controlled it.  This year had been by far the hardest and I would not wish it upon anyone to have to go through it!  I have never really seen the risks and precautions that need to be done in order to give birth to a living, healthy child until now.  With about a week to go everything seems to be going great, but not without the help of doctors, nurses, and the technology advances that JDRF and American Diabetes Association have funded to make it all possible over the past several years.  I may be walking depending on how and when I deliver this child, but I am going to raise some money and join our good friend Anna Zelenovich's team.  Any donation is greatly appreciated.  I love you all and thanks for all the love, support, and prayers.
