Dear Friends & Families,

                This is Anna Tipka here! I am just letting you know that the annual Diabetes Walk is coming up. I would be so happy if you would kindly donate to the JDRF team, Annas Bananas. My goal in the past two years has been $200, but this year I?m hoping for an amazing $250.

                It?s been 6 years in March since Ive been diagnosed and my life has been changed completely. Luckily I havent been in a diabetic seizure and I am not planning on it either. I go to the diabetes support group every month during the school year.

                I am glad to say that there has been a break through in scientific studies for the cure. There are now organ transplants in the U.K. and Canada. All of the transplants have gone well but I still am not so trusting of this.  I'll wait for the next possible cure.

                I hope that you will donate anything you can. If you are unable to do this I will understand and I ask that you keep my family and me in your prayers.
