Hello all! Once again I have created a KKG team for the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes at the Mall of America! As many of you know, my brother Griffin was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over 6 years ago. For the past few years I have been trying to make a difference in his life by participating in the walk and raising money for the cause. 

What is different this year is that I am unable to actually be at MOA for the walk. I am currently living in Italy, but to my delight, a huge group of my Kappa sisters showed interest in continuing the tradition and joining my team. 

I feel so blessed to have so many people in my life that care about a cause that I have such a personal connection with, even when I am so far away. While I will still be raising money all the way from Italy, the rest of the girls will be participating in the walk early on Saturday, February 23.
