Welcome to our JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes Team Page!
We are taking steps to help JDRF achieve its goal of improving the lives of all people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. By joining our Walk Team and making a donation, you will be helping us to raise funds to directly support research with the greatest potential to conquer this disease.
My brother Jamie truly believes a cure will be found for T1D. He was passionate about the cause and walked every year with his daughter Annie. He lived life to the fullest and never let this disease stand in his way. He inspires me to be a better nurse, friend, auntie, sister, and human being. I look forward to carrying on his passion for the cause. I made him a promise that I will walk every year until there is a cure for T1D.
