Welcome to the Jake's J Walkers Family Team Site! 

THANK YOU for visiting our team page.The Cullon family participated in the JDRF Walk on April 27th and we had a wonderful day, first at the walk and then the party at our house afterward. A HUGE THANK YOU to those who walked with us and to the virtual walkers who made donations to our team, we had another awesome year and you continue to amaze us. We are still taking donations until the end of May.

We believe that JDRF will find a cure for diabetes and the money our team raises will go directly to support the life-changing research that they are involved in.

Jake was diagnosed with diabetes ten years ago and like so many other families we were devastated with the diagnosis. Jake turned 22 this year and although he uses the insulin pump he has struggled in his diabetes care. We hope and pray that our efforts to help find a cure pays off soon.
