Welcome to our JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes Team Page!
We are a community based team with two members managing Type 1 diabetes. Our goal is to raise money to help find a cure for this disease. Managing Type 1 diabetes is difficult for a child, testing blood sugar, counting every carbohydrate that they eat, and getting up to 5 insulin shots every day! The consequences of this disease can be life altering so it is imperative we try to support research to find a cure!
We will be fundraising in fun and unique ways this spring! Please support our team effort if you can! We welcome anyone who needs a team to walk with and wants to participate in our effort.
