Did you know that as many as 3 million Americans have Type 1 Diabetes?  Each year nearly 15,000 children and 15,000 adults are newly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes - approximately 80 people per day!

Welcome to The Wild Things team page!  We are Making Every Step Count to achieve JDRF's mission: to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.  The money our JDRF Walk Team raises will go directly to support this life-changing research.

The JDRF Walk is a fantastic way to make a difference in the millions of lives of people affected by type 1 diabetes.  To do that, we need your help!  Now more than ever, EACH of us can make a real difference in the lives of people with type 1 diabetes.
