Welcome to Team Autumn's JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes fundraising page!
This year, we'll be taking part in the LaCrosse JDRF walk to raise funds to improve the lives of all people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). If you ask people with T1D, they will tell you it is difficult and life threatening. And they know it never goes away.
Autumn was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on October 24th, 2011 at just 12 months of age. She was the youngest patient that her doctor had ever seen. After nearly two years of insulin shots, Autumn began using her insulin pump on May 14th, 2013. She is a brave and strong little girl. She is very proud of her pink pump and the "life juice" that it gives her each day. Without a cure, Autumn will be dependent on her pump for the rest of her life. Please help us change that!
We are asking for your support. Please donate to her personal fundraising efforts. By doing so, you can help us make a difference for millions of people living with type 1 diabetes like Autumn.
Did you know that:
As the leader of the type 1 diabetes community, JDRF unifies global efforts to cure, treat and prevent T1D. JDRF will not rest until T1D is fully conquered. Won't you please give to JDRF as generously as possible and give Autumn the hope of a future without diabetes?
Thank you for your support!
