Join me in supporting Marley Kate's CUREageous Crew

As Marley Kate's grandmother a.k.a. Mema I asked along with her parents why Marley Kate was chosen to have T1D.  It's been over  a year since her diagnosis and I know I have had my question answered. Marley Kate is a remarkable young lady. At the age of seven she was testing her own blood sugars which progressed to giving shots, keeping track of her carbs sometimes better than Mom & Dad!  At age 8 she has an insulin pumps and will gladly explain how it works.  She was involved with fundraising from day one speaking at her dad's work and setting up a lemonade stand in front of her home.

Did I say she's remarkable? She and the many others who live every day with T1D! When asked if she would have the pump forever her response was "Until they find a cure.". Let's help find that cure by walking and raising funds for research.  We love you, Marley Kate!!!
