The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's annual Walk to Cure Diabetes is just around the corner. The Doug and Lauren Rosenberg Family Team- which has been walking for over 10 years now- will be walking again on Sunday, October 5, 2014. I hope you'll help make this year the most successful fundraiser yet.
As you may know, I live with type 1 diabetes (T1D). When I was 17, I was diagnosed with the disease. Many people believe that insulin is a cure, but it is not. I am committed to JDRF, the leading global organization focused on T1D research. JDRF raises funds that power the global movement to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes (T1D). The goal of JDRF is to improve the lives of every person affected by T1D by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating and preventing T1D.
Now more than ever, you can make a real difference in my life and the lives of all people with type 1 diabetes. Please either join my team, The Doug and Lauren Rosenberg Family Team, as a fundraiser or support me with a donation. It’s simple, fast and fun! Please visit my personal page to get started.
Your donation will count towards the team's fundraising total. In addition, please give credit to the person that asked for your support to recognize them for their efforts in creating a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D).
