Welcome to my personal JDRF Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes fundraising page! This year, I'll be taking part in the 32nd Annual Nordstrom Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes, along with one-half million other JDRF walkers and runner across the country, as we try to reach our nationwide goal of raising $94 million.
We are very honored to be participating this year. Our daughter Noella was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was just 15 months old, and we have been doing this walk ever since. The diabetes technology advancements that have been made in the five years that Noella has had diabetes are amazing. We are so proud to be associated with JDRF and excited for what the future holds for Noella and all children that have this disease.
JDRF is the leading global organization focused on T1D research. Driven by passionate, grassroots volunteers connected to children, adolescents, and adults with this disease, JDRF is the largest charitable supporter of T1D research. The goal of JDRF is to improve the lives of every person affected by T1D by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. More than 80 percent of JDRF's expenditures go directly to T1D research.
I am asking for your support. Please donate to my personal fundraising efforts. By doing so, you can help me make a difference for millions of people living with T1D.
Won't you please give to JDRF as generously as possible?
Thank you for your support!
