We are so excited to participate again in JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes in Albany. May 8th is Anna's official "D-Day." It marks the three year anniversary of Anna's diagnosis, a day that changed all of lives significantly. For us, walking in this event is especially meaningful. We walk in rememberance of our past, but more importantly, we walk for the future.
We are so thankful for the support we have received over the past few years. Our medical team, our family, our farms, our friends, and JDRF have truely helped us each and every step of the way. We could not be more proud to walk for this event and raise money for JDRF. JDRF is leading the way towards finding a cure, and helping children and families like ours live with this disease.
Everyday more and more people are affected by type 1 Diabetes. JDRF is leading the way in accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. This is a group that we can all feel good supporting. We hope you can help...
Come and walk with us! It is a great family event, and really is lots of fun. If you can't join us, perhaps you will consider suporting our team by making a donation. You can choose to sponsor the team, or you can donate to one of the team members listed. Supporting us in our walk will directly support research with the greatest potential to conquer this disease.
We are motivated by the courage we see in Anna and all those we know facing the everyday challenges of type 1 diabetes. We can't wait to help make a difference by supporting JDRF, a group dedicated to turning Type One into Type None.
