Dear Family & Friends,
Hello! This year on October 20th, we will be taking part for the fifth year in JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes at Centennial Olympic Park. We became involved with JDRF and formed "Team Nicole" only 3 weeks after Nicole was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on 9/26/2007. Thanks to you, we have raised over $30,000 since we formed our family team!
Did you know the Facts about Type 1 Diabetes:
It is hard to believe that Nicole has had to endure over 11,000 blood sugar pricks and thousands of shots and pump changes over the last five years.
ANY AMOUNT, great or small, helps to achieve JDRF's mission: to accelerate progress on the most promising opportunites for better treating Type 1 Diabetes.
YOU CAN HELP!!!
1. To make an tax-deductible donation, click on the Orange Donate to a Walker button below for Nicole Reed. You may also make a check payable to JDRF and mail to Karen Reed, 365 Majestic Cove, Milton, Ga 30004-4568.
2. Come walk in support of "Team Nicole" on Saturday morning, October 20th, at Centennial Olympic Park. Meet at the "Team Nicole" tent by 8:30am.
Thank you to all who have supported "Team Nicole" in the past either by walking, donating, or both!
Karen, Chris & Nicole
