Welcome to the team page for Kenley’s Krew & Easton’s Too!
We are still convinced that if we keep doing our part by raising money for research, others will continue doing their part in searching for a cure for Type I Diabetes. We also know that each day we get a little closer to that cure. For this year’s theme we’ve taken the idea of “Show Me How Big Your Brave Is” from the song Brave by Sara Bareilles.(If you'd like to take a listen it is the second link below.) As parents, we know that we have two of the bravest kids around. Each day they handle with grace and continued resiliency some things that grown adults can’t handle. They truly are amazing and we could not be more proud of them. We also know that they are the kids they are thanks to all the support they receive. So a big thank you to our families, our friends, our teachers and school support staff, our coaches, our babysitters and every one of you that have given Kenley and Easton the chance to continue being kids while dealing with this life altering disease. For all of you, we are so very grateful.
You will find our walk team in Minneapolis in February to again raise funds and awareness for JDRF. If you are able to make a donation to our team it would be very much appreciated. We know that there are many organizations near and dear to each of your hearts, so please know that if a donation isn’t an option we completely understand. We will take prayers we well. Please visit Kenley’s and Easton’s personal pages to read or hear some updates from them. In addition, the link from last year’s thank you is located below (it is the first link) in case you want to take a look and see some snapshots from the 2013 walk. Also, if you’d like to join our team, we’d love to have you!
