Saturday, February 20th from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Mall of America
Our fundraising efforts will help improve the lives of millions of people living with type 1 diabetes (T1D). T1D is an autoimmune disease in which a person’s pancreas stops producing insulin – a hormone essential to turning food into energy. It strikes both children and adults and is unrelated to diet and lifestyle. With T1D there are no days off, and there is no cure – yet. Your support of JDRF can help change that. JDRF is the one organization with the plan, influence, and ability to lessen the burden of this disease until it no longer exists.
By donating today, you can help JDRF fund research that impacts the lives of the millions of children, adults, and families challenged by T1D every single day. With your support, we will create a world without T1D and Turn Type One into Type None!
You can join "Roselveth’s Round-Up" by being willing to help in one of the following ways:
1) Make a contribution in support of Roselveth’s Round-Up. You can either donate online at: http://www2.jdrf.org/goto/RosRoundUp or by sending a check made out to JDRF to our home address; 2) Come walk with us on February 20th. It’s just a fun, leisurely walk inside the Mall of America, with no set time or distance requirements, and is a great outing for the entire family! Each year it is amazing to watch the fun that Roselveth and his friends have as they join in the big celebration that day as we all get caught up in the HOPE for a CURE!
Also, we invite you to watch the video we made of Roselveth and his life with diabetes found below. We hope it will encourage others to join in this cause. Thank you for supporting our family in our efforts to find a cure. With Faith, Hope and Love we can do great things for the future of Roselveth and many others with this disease!
Your donation will count towards the team's fundraising total. In addition, please give credit to the person that asked for your support to recognize them for their efforts in creating a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D).
