The Alger / JDRF Bike Room presents: Bike Fit 101
A discussion and presentation about proper bike fit and addressing common issues (as well as unusual ones).
Join Linda Thompson-Poeder* and Mike Clark** from Alger Bikes for an open forum regarding how to address discomfort and pain on your bike.
We'll cover saddle issues, numb hands or feet, sore back/neck etc. and also answer any questions you may have about your position or bike set up. E-mail your questions ahead of time to ride@jdrf.org.

*Linda Thompson-Poeder is an avid road, gravel and off-road rider and endurance racer. She's been a JDRF rider since 2008, joined the Coach corps in 2018 and has been a key member of the Bike Room Crew for a number of years. She's been offering various Women's seminars both in person and online for JDRF and is a full time member of the Alger Bikes staff as well as managing their new Touring Co. - Alger Adventures.
**Mike Clark has served JDRF as a Coach since 2005, served as a National Coach and has run the Bike Room since 2009. He's been in the bike business for 40 years and has been studying the art and science of Bike Fitting for 35 of them. He can also be found at Alger Bikes (when not in the saddle) and is also involved with Alger Adventures.
