JDRF Ride Women's Clinic: What are you afraid of?
Date:
Thursday, July 15, 2021
Time:
8:00 PM - 8:45 PM
Location:
Virtual - Zoom
Women’s Cycling Forum: What are you afraid of?
Join the women of the JDRF Ride for a lively discussion addressing the fears and concerns that can hold us back. Our panel consists of women from our JDRF Ride family* who live in different parts of the country. They have raised money, been JDRF Riders and Coaches, have finished in the back, volunteered at rest stops, rang bells and held signs, changed flats in the rain, shared stories, laughed together, cried together and all have a passion for our JDRF family and the JDRF Ride to Cure! Submit your questions ahead of time to ride@jdrf.org.
Must RSVP for Zoom link and be a registered JDRF Rider to attend.
*About the panelists: Moira is an advocate who began to Ride because she was challenged to ride. Jessica would do anything for her sons, including pivoting her fundraising to include sourdough. Christine's moto is, "If you don't ask, the answer is always no"…she even fundraised in a taxi! You may know Linda from her Bike Room antics even more than her awesome cycling and coaching skills. Terri was introduced to JDRF 17 years ago and has coached, volunteered, educated and dressed in costumes, all in the name of "JDRF - all ride all of the time".
We're sorry, the deadline for registering for this event has passed.
