The Young Leadership Committee is comprised of ambitious young professionals in the greater NYC region, who share the same purpose in treating, preventing, and ultimately curing T1D. The approach is simple: put the 'fun' back into fundraising by bringing together a bunch of great individuals for exciting and impactful events.

The YLC knows that in order to achieve JDRF's vision of a world without T1D, we need to unite as one, supportive community that refuses to settle and is willing to make some noise. We invite you to 'hit the streets' with us this week, as we lace up and walk to turn type one into type NONE.

Hit the Streets: Walk 1.6 miles a day for the 1.45 million Americans living with T1D
Fundraise: Raise $365 this week to represent the 365 days a year T1D does not take a day off.
Share Your Story: Post a picture of yourself or your T1D hero on social media & share why you are walking for JDRF this year. Include the link to your fundraising site.
