JDRF One Walks don't require a registration fee but we encourage all participants to fundraise or make a donation. In fact, the average walker raises over $200 for research to help cure T1D.
Do I need to register ahead of time?
Yes. Registering online gives you access to a number of great fundraising resources and lets us keep you updated on the latest JDRF and Walk info. It also gives us an idea of how many people to expect at each Walk, so we can plan ahead for refreshments and volunteer staffing.
How Do I Register My Family?
You have the option to add children under the age of 16 to your online registration. Look for the "Register My Child" button on the last step of registration. Adding your child (or children) will ensure that all event communications are sent to your email address.

Can I still fundraise if I can't attend a Walk?
Of course! You can choose to sign up as a "Virtual Walker" when you register. This means that even though you won't be walking in person, you'll still run a fundraising campaign and virtually "walk" to support JDRF. And, you'll still be eligible for awards and fundraising rewards!
Can I fundraise after Walk day?
Yes, any funds submitted within four weeks of Walk Day are included in qualifying totals for individual fundraising rewards and team awards. Any funds submitted after that are still accepted and although they won't qualify you for rewards, they still go toward life-changing T1D research.

What is a JDRF Community One Walk and how is it different from a JDRF One Walk?
The JDRF Community One Walk program was created to give people who don't have an existing JDRF One Walk in their area an opportunity to organize their own. The Walks are led, planned and executed by volunteers who bring their communities together to raise awareness and funds for T1D research.
To receive more information on how to start a Community Walk, please complete this interest form. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific question about the program.
